Precision Gasket Company launches the New Year with the expansion of its production capabilities and the addition of digital knife cutting system. Without the use of dies, this new system has a cutting speed of 50m/min to produce small to medium size orders of high quality gaskets and custom parts made from non-metallic sheet materials. This provides even faster "speed to market" parts including prototype quantities at very competitive prices.

The Flash cut system is state-of-the-art utilizing CAD files instead of steel rule dies to produce accurate custom gaskets or highly engineered parts. The system gives design engineers flexibility to alter their designs early in the design process simply by altering their CAD files. The machine processes materials without the side effects of burning (laser cutting) or water absorption (water jet cutting).
